REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The Goods Dot Fun LLC. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read this refund policy carefully.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.

Because many of our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand production process, returns may not be accepted for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Contact us at beverly@thegoods.fun to initiate a return

  2. Ship items back to our return address (provided upon return approval)

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving damaged or defective items. We may request photos of the damage before authorizing a return.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
