30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Easy Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at Returns@thegoods.fun with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received with the purchase.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send the item back using the shipping label provided by us or through your preferred shipping method. Make sure to retain your tracking information.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at exchanges@thegoods.fun. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and ship the new item once the return is received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
